Okan possesses over two decades of expertise in management consulting and demonstrates senior-level proficiency in various industries and global companies. Okan's client support has predominantly been concentrated in the US and Europe. He has previously held leadership positions to establish the Istanbul office of Boston Consulting Group before founding Value Gene.

Ozan Özaşkınlı

With 18 years of experience as a seasoned management consultant, Ozan possesses extensive senior-level expertise in multiple industries. He has a proven track record of successfully completing various projects in more than 10 countries, spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Prior to his current role at Value Gene, he served as a Partner at Boston Consulting Group.

Çağatay Kaboğlu

Çağatay brings a decade of experience in management consulting and automotive industry. He has successfully managed large scale transformational projects for global clients. He has primarily supported clients in the US and Europe, with previous positions at Booz Allen and Ford before joining Value Gene as one of its founding members.

Nihan Sırıklıoğlu, PMP®

Nihan's career spans over a decade in both management consulting and private sector development/NGOs. She has successfully managed projects and led change management programs by engaging large organizations of clients from various industries. Nihan has worked on projects extensively in the US, Middle East, and Africa. Prior to joining Value Gene, she gained experience from her work with leading management consulting firms and non-governmental organizations.
